Membership applications are accepted, the month of January only! You must be a resident of Barnstable County, MA to become a member.

Even if you fill out this form you will NOT hear or receive anything from us until the January membership drive.

If you would like to be reminded in December/January to join, please send us you name and complete mailing address. (If the information you submit is incomplete, inaccurate or is returned to us, we will make no further attempt to contact you.)
