Dan Finnegan Workshop

 Hand-Made History:
      Pots Rooted in Tradition

What a Great Workshop!

This workshop was held at
Barnstable Pottery Art Gallery
October 31st and
November 1st
2004

What an absolute pleasure it was to attend this workshop. Without a doubt, this was one of the top two workshops I have ever attended. Mr. Finnegan (Dan) was informative, entertaining, descriptive, energetic and a wealth of information.

His tales of his days at Winchcombe Pottery in England gave deep insight into Dan's pottery. His understanding of "old world" pottery is vast in it's form and function.

We would like to thank Kevin Nolan and Paul Fitzgerald of Barnstable Pottery and Art Gallery for their gracious hosting of this workshop. Both the hosts and the space were superb.

I really can not stress enough how great Dan's workshop was. For all that attended it was a truly enriching experience, for those of you who missed it, I suggest the next chance you have to see him, do so. You will not be sorry.
